 How It Works

• Customers place an order online and pay the shipping fee upfront.

• This upfront shipping payment helps verify customer authenticity and ensures a serious intent to purchase.

• The remaining balance for the trailer is paid upon delivery.

 Accepted Payment Methods at Delivery

We accept the following forms of payment at the time of delivery:

• Certified check

• Bank transfer (must be completed before trailer is released)

• Cash (subject to limits and prior approval)

 Delivery Process

• Once your order is confirmed and shipping is paid, we schedule delivery to your specified location.

• Our team will contact you prior to delivery to confirm timing and payment method.

• Upon arrival, you’ll have the opportunity to inspect the trailer before completing payment.

 Cancellations & Refunds

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once the trailer is dispatched.

• If you choose not to complete the purchase upon delivery, the trailer will be returned, and you forfeit your delivery charge.

• Refunds for any other payments will follow our standard refund policy.

• POD is available only for select trailers and regions.

• TrailerdropUSA.com reserves the right to decline POD requests based on order history or location.

• Failure to complete payment at delivery may result in account suspension and forfeiture of future POD eligibility.
